There is also a water softener and a Reverse Osmosis system connected to both sinks, one in the kitchen on the main floor, one in the basement, and one to the ice maker in the refrigerator. This well provides and adequate and dependable source of water for both domestic and livestock use. There is a private septic system with a newer drain field with new gravel.

There is a 10’ X 16’ Garden shed in the back yard that has a concrete floor and new metal siding and roof in 2006. The additional shop/garage building was remodeled in 2006 with new metal siding and has three overhead doors, and a walk-in door. The overhead doors are 8’ X 7’, 9’ X 7’, and 10’ X 10’. There is new underground wiring to this building as well.
