FARMSTEAD FOR SALE ON BIDS
Bids
will be received for the sale of the following described real estate located
on the North Edge of Harvey, Wells County, North Dakota
Lot 2, Walters Addition, Section 29, Township 150, Range 72,
Wells County North Dakota, consisting of approximately 10 acres more or less
and existing structures.
Terms
and Provisions of the sale are as follows:
BIDS: Persons
interested shall submit written bids by July 29, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. and
submit to Northern Appraisal & Realty, Inc., agent for the seller, 915
Lincoln Avenue, Harvey, ND 58341. The three highest bidders will be given
an opportunity to raise their bids at a later date to be determined.
TERMS: The
successful bidder shall be required to make a 10% non-refundable earnest
money deposit and the balance will be due in certified funds within 30 days
or other arrangements acceptable to the owner. The seller will provide the
purchaser with an Abstract of Title in the name of the seller. Title will
be transferred by a Warranty Deed. 2005 taxes will be prorated to date of
possession. The property is being sold in “as is” condition with no
warranties by the seller on structural or mechanical elements of the
property.
RESERVATIONS:
The seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason and
to waive any irregularities. The sale is subject to any oil, gas, and
mineral conveyance and reservations of record, easements, covenants,
restrictions, utility agreements, and rights of way ascertainable by visual
inspection.
